  • The property will be clean on arrival, prices include linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
  • Final cleaning charge of £70, this does not include cleaning the cooker.
  • Any additional cleaning, linen and towels can be arranged and paid for locally with our representative in Sardinia.
  • Central heating/air conditioning, optional additional charge of £20 per week.
  • Deposit of 50% payable at time of booking (non returnable), balanced due 1 (one) month before departure.
  • Breakage deposit £200 payable in cash or cheque returned in the UK when the apartment has been checked.
