Arte Sardengne - Olbia
We commissioned a local artist Gian Mario to design and hand craft all the lights in our apartments. His work can also be spotted around the Condominium in the form of unusual carved wooden gates, with inserts of copper and coloured glass. Gian Mario hails from a small unspoilt traditional mountain town 15 minutes above Olbia. Telti remains untouched and allows us an authentic and romantic insight into Sardinian life, which is far removed from the hectic pace and stress of todays society.

Gian Mario was bought up surrounded by the magic of the island, and is passionate in preserving the innocence and beauty of his country and its landscape. Although he has a shop in bustling Olbia, which his wife runs, he find great satisfaction in hunting for Myrtle wood in exotic mythical shapes that would be suitable for him to carve and create into a unique piece of furniture.
Gian Marios creations can be seen in all the best houses on the Costa Smeralda.

Koster & B Artigianato Artistico – Porto Rotondo
For beautiful and unusual jewellery visit our friends Bruno, Christina & their son Sacha who own a beautiful shop in Piazzetta del Delana 5 in Porto Rotondo. They design and make all their own jewellery, using both semi precious and precious stones set in gold and silver. Each item carries an exclusive and original design and is completely unique. So whether you are looking to treat yourself to something expensive or a more reasonably priced item you will not be disappointed by the shop. All the family speak good English, mention our name and I am sure you will be welcomed.
They also have a shop in Via Nizza, 27/A in Piazza Plume in Rome.

Cala Sassari
One of our favourite beaches, ffrom mid May to September our friend Claudio runs a great beach bar. Claudio splits his time between Sardinia and the beach, and mainland Italy where he plays football for Milan. From here you can hire loungers & umbrellas, pedaloes, canoes and boats. In August look out for special Happy Hours, and music evenings.
