The villas and apartments are attractively built in traditional Sardinian style, and are set in a quiet location in pretty Mediterranean style gardens; the Villagio is surrounded by Mediterranean marquis.
They come with a high standard of furnishing, and are fully equipped. The properties have traditional high limed oak beamed ceilings, and large furnished covered terraces with wonderful sea views. Every property in the residence is unique, no two are alike.
Each property has a private allocated covered parking space.
Although the two villas benefit from private pools, all four properties have access to a communal swimming pool, which is reserved for residents only. This is surrounded by an attractive sun terrace, and has lovely views of the bay. The pool is open from May to September.
The nearest beach is a 10 minute stroll. There are however many more beautiful beaches within a short drive. Within walking distance is a well stocked supermarket, a fresh fish shop, and a pharmacy. As well as restaurants and bars, several are right on the local beach.
Air conditioning/heating is an optional extra when booking. This is because fuel costs in Sardinia are exceptionally high.
