The apartments are attractively built in traditional Sardinian style, and are set in a quiet location in pretty Mediterranean style gardens; the Villagio is surrounded by Mediterranean marquis.
Each property in Villagio Belvedere is unique. Our properties are furnished to a high standard, and are fully equiped. Both apartments have traditional high limed oak beamed ceiling, and large furnished covered terraces with wonderful sea views.
There is a communal swimming pool for residents only. This is surrounded by an attractive sun terrace, furnished with loungers and umberellas, and has lovely views of the bay. There is a life guard. The pool is open June to September inclusive.
The nearest beach is a 10 minute stroll. There are however many more beautiful beaches within a short drive. Nearest shop for basics is near the beach.
Air conditioning/heating is an optional extra when booking. This is because fuel costs in Sardinia are exceptionally high.
Traditional covered private parking is available.

Living room – with fantastic views over the bay, a two and three seater sofa.
Large covered furnished terrace with 180 uninterrupted views over the bay.

Large covered furnished terrace with views of the sea. Small private garden.
Upper Solarium – approached via a spiral staircase, with views over the bay.
No children under 12 years of age, in this property.
Both properties are non smoking and do not allow pets.
When you arrive you will find a folder with emergency telephone numbers, and lots of information about the area. Plus a Welcome Pack of wine, water, milk, tea and coffee.
